"Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya. Karena kondisi sudah terlalu malam, dan anak2 sudah mengantuk, akhirnya saya...

"28階に3泊宿泊 ①シャワーのお湯がぬるく水量があまりにも弱すぎる。 ②Wi-Fiが弱過ぎる。 ③開閉出来る狭いバルコニーのガラスドアが薄すぎるため、交通音がうるさい。 ④ドルからルピアへの両替が出来ず、とても不便でした。 以上、4点が改善出来るならまた泊まりたいと思いました。 "
