"Great location, perfect for a short stay."

"We generally choose Hampton inn because the rooms usually have a range of pillows. Good pillow, good sleep. This one did not. They were flat and soft. Only after asking a couple of times did we receive better pillows. Overall, the room was small but comfortable. Location was pretty good too."

"Had an excellent stay over new year. Staff were amazing! Could not ask for better. Felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We added breakfast to our booking which was a continental. Not sure if it’s possible but would’ve been lovely to add the option of a cooked breakfast. Was located right next to a wee Christmas village, and a lovely walk along the river and over the bridge to temple bar etc. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend....

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "

"Hotel was nice comfortable and warm only problem was spending £150 a night and breakfast was not included if u wanted breakfast there was a sur-charge"

"Very comfortable room. Lovely bathroom but no mixer tap on the sink which was awkward when the hot tap was so hot and the cold tap was a bit stiff and difficult to turn off. Lovely food in the bar restaurant. Delicious breakfast. Great location.Overall very happy with the hotel and I would definitely stay there again."
