"The kindest and most generous staff I have ever seen at a hotel. The mini bar is completely free with beer, pop and water available and the staff asked me if needed a refill every day. The woman at breakfast remembered our order the second day (she makes custom omelettes that are delicious) and even checking out the front desk made sure to expedite our process because we had a train to catch. Please stay here. The area cam be a little rough around the train station but the people here are kind."

"A delightful little hotel with lovely staff. My room was clean and quiet and the free breakfast was most appreciated. Easy to walk to the main train stations, central shopping area and the exhibition centre."

"Basic accommodations, small rooms. U-Bahn and tram right outside in the plaza, very convenient. Many restaurants and cafes within a couple of blocks. Rewe up the street for groceries."

"We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and were greeted with a friendly smile and the desk person was so helpful. The room was very clean and roomy - we were disappointed that we were only staying one night. Definitely a great stay. "

"Functional, low-cost place to sleep. Room was sparse- bring your own tissues. Breakfast overpriced at 18 euros. The best feature is the bar- very friendly and nice place to gather after the day. "

"The Concierge was very accommodating and friendly. Great English and goes above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible. Only thing is the breakfast room is not big. Still enjoyable! "

"It was right next to a grocery store and not too far from the S-Bahn station. The shuttles only run in the morning and evening though, which was quite inconvenient. "

"My room looked newly renovated. It was spotlessly clean, well designed, quiet and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Staff were friendly, and it had underground parking."

"Very German working class -- clean, quality food, plenty of athletic options. Dog friendly - fantastic for walking your dog. A bit old fashioned in the technology category -- no USB plugs, payment required for faster internet. Young staff is less English fluent so some patience is required. Lengthy walk thru forest to train station very pleasant but plan at least 20 mins."
