"Very comfortable. Room was clean and very quiet in the room, despite it being Christmas time. Couldn't even hear traffic outside despite being next to a main road and shopping centre. Blackout curtains were great and shopping centre was just downstairs. Staff friendly and helpful. Arriving at hotel a little awkward finding car parking within main car parkand hotel entrance but there are signs and it's very easy once you know where you're going. "

"Staff friendly, nice and clean, good breakfast. 3pm check in, 11am check out. Breakfast 7-10am. Was fairly quiet. Small comfortable room, had everything we need, hairdryer, iron board, iron, kettle, tea, coffee. "

"Overall my room was spacious, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits in the hospitality tray. The publix parts of the hotel are lovely and the restaurant staff were really nice. Only negatives were that bathroom needed few bits of maintenance although again it was very spacious and clean. The duvet cover on my bed has a rip in the seam, just brought down the standard a bit. That said I will book again without hesitation. "

"No hotel parking but parking area wasnt too far away from hotel, perhaps hotel customer needs to walk for 3-5 minutes from hotel to the car park. "

"Very helpful at switching my booking for an earlier date ,due to the work trip to Inner Hebrides prior to the storm. The kind lady was helpful on the phone arriving from South East of England to this ad hoc urgent change of travel schedule. The chapsst the Reception very helpful as well. The lady even remembered my name at the checkout in the morning. All this goes a long way and a warm human touch."
