"All was perfect, so easy to get to the gas station and to Salamanca, the only problem is the bathroom for some reason had a hard sewage smell. Had to keep the door closed and super fast use of the bathroom, and we mean really intense sewage smell, ran the water on the bidet and it seemed to cut the smell in half. "

Cristina, the manager of the hotel told us she did not receive our Expedia reservation and that they no longer worked with Expedia. It was 21h, we found ourselves without accommodation, and instead of being sorry and finding a solution, she did not care, was rude and told us to call Expedia.
