"Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service was good. Receptionist were responsive, helpful and friendly. Great sound proof. My room had no microwave but had everything else. I stayed one night so I didn’t need one. Breakfast, your typical hotel free breakfast with a spacious dining area. Good parking. Safe area. "

"This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in for a while. It is budget friendly, very convenient to pretty much anything you need, have underground parking and hot breakfast and lunch (paid) available. It poured while I was there and the elevator from the garage up to the room levels was a must. I will stay here again. Great staff as well. "

"Pros: * Okay service. Clean. Safe. Top location. Some snacks and water at the reception but limited hours. Cons: * Poor check-in experience, they just don’t like to work after 8pm, no one was at the reception for a long while. Almost left to look for another hotel and cancel Palo Alto Inn booking. * an old building, zero sound insulation, if your upstairs neighbor is walking around in the middle of the night, say goodbye to your sleep. Overall ok motel but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"At the time I stayed the room was quiet seemed a litlltle bit outdated but still nice close to the stanford hospital and downtown Palo Alto excellent service at the hotel and has a restaurant and a bar at the property will stay again there if needed "
