"The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. "Hotel arranged airport transfer was a let down Driver was hidden away an nearly missed finding him , journey was very uncomfortable by dark circuitous route and very poor driving - shooting red lights etc. Hotel was overrun with unsupervised school children playing with lifts and causing delays of up to 30 minutes to get an elevator. No hot water for morning shower and a lack of genuine concern on the part of management to remedy any of the above. "
