"Paulina at the front desk was so helpful. We were spending way too much money on Ubers to get around and she took time out of her busy day to help me figure out the public transport system, which we ended up using the last 4 days of our stay. She was so helpful it made our stay even more pleasurable knowing people like her worked there. The guest laundry was a bonus too - we came back home to NZ with no dirty laundry "

The room cleaning was inconsistent, and we were not told when we checked in that they only clean if you request it. The bed is on a platform one step up so you had to be careful not to trip at night.
