The air is dirty from the millions of scooters and there's not much to do outside of the two big temples far out of town. Given that as the baseline, the Gaia Cosmo is a decent hotel. "I relocated here because I was disappointed with another nearby hotel. I stayed about five days and it was really good. Definitely a well-run business with friendly and helpful staff. I would love to give this place a full rating, but the super-slow internet and lack of hand and face towels takes away one star (should be a half-star, but no option for that). "

The concierge was prompt, efficient and helpful. "I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."
