"Had a lovely stay in the standard room the view was lovely overlooking the dock. The bedroom was cold but there was a plug in radiator so it soon warmed up. The bed was lovely and comfortable had to search for the kettle so we could have a tea in the morning ( enough room on the top to leave it out) The bathroom was a bit dated and could do with refurb. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. "

"I loved the location and the hotel was lovely. What let the hotel down was the receptionist who checked us in. She was very unfriendly and quite rude at check in. A great shame as this was our first impression of the hotel. "

"Great central property! Very clean and modern. Great staff, great breakfast. The only criticism I have is that I didn’t know I could ask for vegetarian sausages at breakfast and I didn’t know either that I could ask for eggs &c to be cooked for me. It might be worth just telling guests this sort of thing when they enter the breakfast area or when they are served coffee. "

We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean.
