"We love everything about our stay except for parking as we traveled by car. Excellent staff. "

I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. The pool area was nice; yet it should be clearly stated that to enjoy the facilities, you must wear a swimming cap which is available for...

"We had an amazing two nights at Solo Palacio. A beautiful Manor House in incredible surroundings! The infinity pool was stunning & the spa also. It would have been nice to have had a coffee machine in our suite tho. We’ll hopefully return again. "

"WiFi reception intermittent Bathroom - Shower head clamp broken; jacuzzi bath difficult to get in, a walk in shower would be more practical. Breakfast - Inbalance between 6€ small breakfast and 10€ big breakfast in term of choice and value for money. Didn't like that both guests in a room had to choose same size breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would be nice."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast baskets delivered to room. Restaurant terrace has gorgeous views of town and mountains. Close to hiking paths. Delicious fine dining!"
