"My favourite Leicester hotel, staff friendly and all areas exceptionally clean. Bar and lobby area is very modern but retains a cosy feel, a great space to do some work in at the of the day, the rooms are spacious with city views and plenty storage and amazing bathrooms. Parking is easy and nearby to the hotel, making the trip hassle free."

"Nice modern clean property. Let down by slow room service and the food was cold on arrival. I don’t understand why there is a £7 charge for 12 hours parking for guests. Profiteering from car parking is unfair on guests who have paid for a room. "

"It is a nice hotel, breakfast options were very good and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There was an issue with noise from a nightclub behind our room but the staff dealt with it without question. "
