"The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city."

"This hotel is fantastic. The facilities are amazing - great bar/restaurant, breakfast top notch, friendly staff, on site gym and spa (had massages on two consecutive days because it was so good!), pool… love the decor and the atmosphere because it’s so green and verdant… feels like an indoor jungle. The whole hotel feels like a spa. Somehow bug-free despite being full of plants. We splashed out on a suite (still very affordable) and it was worth every penny. Having a bath was so nice and the...

"The hotel itself was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many options. The location was a bit far from the centre and the neighbourhood was not great. There were some warungs across the street, but not walking distance to restaurants. Grabs and Gojeks were easy, so not too big an issue. "
