"A good hotel and great value for money. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a good shower. Rooms were quiet at night. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection and good quality. The only thing I would comment about was the Beach Club. Its not really a beach club. There is a shuttle every hour which takes you to a small plot of the beach close to the Grand Hyatt. The beach itself is very nice and sunbeds are provided. However there are no facilities there other than a small wodden shack...

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. This was our first visit to Bali and we loved it. The staff are so helpful and kind. We used the hotel pick up as the plane arrived at 10.30pm. The whole process was very smooth. We hired a car and driver from the hotel and he put together a half day tour for us. It was awesome. They have free trips to their beach club and they will drop you off at a major shopping centre (Bali Collection) and pick you up on the way home. The beach club serves drinks and...
