"Our stay was a combination of a three-night independent booking and an additional night as part of a tour group. Despite being assured that the bookings would run together and we would be in the same room, the message did not seem to get across among the various staff on the front desk. There needs to be better management supervision to ensure that full customer service is provided rather than what we experienced. Should be better trained in attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was OK but...
