"Overall the hotel was nice. Checkin was easy and the staff were great! The hotel offed some infused water which was nice after a long day of traveling. "Stayed 1 night in a triple room. Was pleased with how clean the room and bathroom were. The location in regards to public transportation is good. We would not have enjoyed more than one night with three people in the room as the luggage and walking space is quite limited. They are updating it seems, we had some difficulty with our room keys, but it was taken care of. Noise from the street and restaurant below was quite noticeable. "

"The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. My room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was well organised and provided a good range of foods. The hotel is well placed and everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. The hotel building is rather oldfashioned."

"Room was comfortable. However, floorboards creaked with every step. Bed also very noisy with every movement. On-site parking is very limited. App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards. Hotel desk clerk did not appear very happy to assist guests, or maybe just us. Breakfast was very good. "

"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "
