"I have one way to describe our stay… “when can we book our next stay” !! From the pre trip check in on our ferry timings to the pick up and drop at the hotel, the welcome and seamless check in. It was A+ customer service all the way. The hotel is new and everything is very well managed. The spa was great- we had the signature and herbal treatment, they also made a last min schedule change as per our request. The hotel has a wonder and huge pool with a restaurant catering to drinks and food pool...

"Great staff and very good property. Good was okay. Breakfast good. Ate at Banyan tree two nights. I recommend The Cove. Very good. Staff at Casia are great. Disappointed Jet Ski and ATV not available. Paintball was great fun. Overall would give the holiday a solid 8/10. Fantastic Beach. Windy in January. "

"Comfortable "

"The hotel room is clean. Deluxe room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast menu needs some improvement though. Maybe the pan is over-used, the omelette didn’t come out visually presentable. The chicken sausage appeared twice in a row, not everyone is a fan of chicken sausage. Some popular items like bread (to be toasted) and watermelon were not replenished. It would be good for the management to understand which breakfast item is a hit or a miss."
