"My stay was excellent except when I needed to get to the airport. I wasn't aware that I needed to schedule a transfer. The man at the front desk told me 'many people walk', I told him that I had all this luggage, 4 suitcases. I ended up calling a cab which cost me 10£, and the shuttle bus that had picked me up at the airport started transporting people at the same time the cab arrived. I was upset about this. Why wouldn't the men at the front desk say that the hotel shuttle bus would start...

"Hotel was up to Holiday Inn Express normal standard. Convenient for Manchester Airport. Was no expecting car park charge of £13 a night. Only other thing which let it down was the Reception upon arrival, rather curt and unwelcoming."

"We parked in the mid stay car park in the worst weather.. we had to cross a really busy road, it was dark and a blizzard! Not the hotelsfault and ee were glad to be warm an ready to fly!"
