"Lack of parking, and couldn't access 2nd basement level parking at Adelaide St. When we reported this, was told to park on the street - there is no close street parking! Access card wouldn't open the terrace gate either. Checked with reception the next day and was told "oh yeah, other people have said that too". Thats not good customer service. Everyone was big enough to have a small dining table in there but there was not one to make it easier to sit and eat our food. Our room and bathroom was more than a decent size. The bed felt like an ironing board. Communication to find our keys after hours was great. The facility was in a handy location for us."
