The restaurant is good, but DO NOT order room service…it’s better to schedule your meals for better value and quality. "This stay was to be the highlight of our Italian vacation. The breakfast was made to order and delicious, the rooms were large and there were 2 pools. The day spa with thr heated pool was divine. There were some areas that were disappointing. Firstly the beds were very uncomfortable, the mattress was too firm and felt quite thin. The rooftop pool was allegedly "heated" but it was consistently freezing. I chose this hotel for the pool and proximity to the beach, however the pools were too cold....

"Wonderfully relaxing property. A little oasis on the outskirts of Ugento. Staff very attentive to everything we asked for and organized activities for us, particularly the excellent cooking classes at the nearby Castello di Ugento. Oh and the dinner in the Castello was also excellent! We had a wonderful time and recommend the property to anyone looking for a quick relaxing escape in Puglia. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Puglia!"
