"This hotel is beautiful and spacious. The location is excellent, right outside the lake and next to the mall. The gym is very large and luxurious for a hotel gym. The staff were very kind and accommodating. You can request anything (like more water bottles) via the phone from your room. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Booked this for two days whilst visiting my brother, sis-in-law and new nephew, to give them some relaxation and something a little special. It ticked all the boxes, lovely room, lovely facilities, we used the indoor pool as it was out of season for the outdoor one. Nearby a great place to go for a drink or two in Itaewon."

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay there went smoothly and that all our needs from transportation to fresh linens were easily accessible. The only drawback was that their washing/drying machine would intermittent dry the clothes. But other than that, this was an excellent experience and we would like to stay again!"
