"It is an excellent hotel in an outstanding location. The staff are friendly and very helpful for advice and help for the surrounding area and transportation to airport. The pool and hot tub area is quiet and welcoming, with great shower facilities and lovely towels. We were so close to the cruise terminal, the Metro, designer shops, Hop on Hop off bus, and ferry to Hong Kong Island. Lots of restaurants nearby at a variety of price points. Definitely recommend! "

"Almost everything was very good. The concierge and front desk very helpful. Check in was good. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping very good. Only complaint, which unfortunately was very unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, was a very bad sewage smell in the shower stall drainage. The smell was only present in the evening (does not smell at all during daytime). It's pungent enough that when you are showering, it smells like you are showering in a sewer.
