The hotel staff are very attentive and the duty manager Joko Hendrik went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met and his attention to detail was very much appreciated. One of the reasons we picked this was the private pool area. The pool had a lot of sun during the day and the day bed was full sun until around 3ish.
