"A truly magical stay. From when we checked in, we were delighted by all the little things the Hilton did right. Whilst we are not frequent hotel users, it was amazing to stay somewhere and witness a next-level establishment where all the staff nailed their roles to perfection. Check in staff were lovely, room was strikingly well cleaned. The staff at breakfast knew our room number from memory which was next-level impressive. "

Pillows not soft, breakfast buffet somewhat disorganized and missing basic items such as cereal, granola or bowl, housekeeping forget things. So yes that’s a bit petty but you come here hoping these things are just taken care of. "

"Our stay was good. Loved how quirky and new the place was. Only complaints would be: 1) the street noise we could hear in the morning (i don’t recall hearing cars on the street, bins being emptied, cars reversing and tooting when staying at other CBD hotels) maybe this is a window insulation issue? 2) the lighting in the room (especially at the mirror) was too dim when getting ready for a night out. 3) the round window between the shower and the bed lined up perfectly with the light in the...
