"I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and...

"4 nights in a private pool beach villa, just steps from the sand and beach bar has convinced us to seek out more Zannier properties. Chic and beautiful environments, quiet luxury with a bit of local flair made the moments indoors special, and only to be surpassed by exploring the vast and spectacular hillside, beach and rice paddy natural preserve. "A beautiful peaceful resort allowing for true relaxation. Garden view room was lovely, spacious, big batbroom/wardrobe area. Bed was hardish but not the worst. Pillows could have been lore supportive. The resort was quiet, not many people staying there. You can either get a free dinner or massage each day with your stay which we opted for the massages, these were very nice and relaxing. You get access to an app which provides you with so much information on the hotel, dining, extra activities,...
