Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. "Beautiful hotel, staff are amazing! Hotel and grounds are lacking Bali vibe and while renovations are underway and beautiful, I can’t believe they are not replacing the balconies with glass, a missed opportunity to showcase the amazing views. Beach was very dirty and so much floating garbage, staff don’t seem to care much about it. Yoga classes in the morning were great and overall it is a great resort, just not much to do there. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. They staff was super friendly and helpful. Our airline didn’t get our luggage on our last flight, so we didn’t have our checked bags. The staff at Alila worked hard to help us get updates on our luggage even though it wasn’t their fault. They offer several different activities. They have live music some nights at the resort. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay!"

"We loved everything about Plataran Ubud. We were grateful for the upgrade to the Suite. The room was huge, with a dining room, living room with a TV, and bedroom with another TV. There were 2 bathrooms, one was smaller (with shower room) in the dining room, and one big one in the bedroom. We didn't expect the serenity of the hotel.
