Excellent service and a must visit when staying in Tenerife. I have stayed at numerous five star hotels worldwide and this is my personal favourite. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. "A fantastic hotel, with top tier staffing, the facilities were great. Easy access to the local bars and restaurants but honestly wouldn’t bother going out too much if we came again as the vibe inside the hotel is way better "

"Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Super hotel, super service . We were a family of 3 generations aged 23 to 81. The hotel suited all of us for a quiet relaxing week away. Every member of staff had a genuine smile an seemed pleased to work there. We were half board and more than happy with the main buffet restaurant. The pools were all heated, even my husband used them and it does have to be warm for him to venture in! The resort is hilly but taxis were readily available and the bus service was easy and regular. We had a room overlooking the Hard Rock Hotel. Yes, there was music to be heard but it ended at 11pm and during the day we were barely in the room to hear it. Those rooms offered a side sea view even from the block furthest away. We would definitely return to the hotel. "

"Great hotel, two night stay before moving into a fabulous apartment. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, alloed us to stay in the hotel room until the apartment was ready. Lovely restaurant and pool bar, again the staff wete great."

"We have been to the GF Fanabe on many occasions as this hotel suits us very well and we would have no hesitation in returning. The hotel retains many of its staff over a number of years and it is always good to see them again and meet new ones. We love the adult only roof space but it is becoming increasigly difficult to find a sun lounger. People put their towels on them but dont use them for most of the day, and while this is not the fault of the hotel, it should perhaps be monitored. The dining area is large with a number of food stations but can be quite busy. The food is varied and really should suit all tastes. I do think that hotel must be due for a refurbishment as it is looking a bit dated now"
