The staff is very friendly, the facilities are new and everything is clean. We also enjoyed the pool area. The Spa and the Haman are very nice but the Hamam was cold and they make noise when they are giving you a massage. They need to pay more attention or training. The food is not bad, it has variety but the flavor needs to improve. In general we rested well and we liked it.

The Hotel is very beautiful and gives you a feeling of tranquility. The pool area is very nice, I loved the hot springs area. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and varied. There is a need to improve in the Spa. I used it 2 times and the 2nd time it was in the Hamam the girl cut the skin on my arm from brushing too much and too hard. I had the pain for several days. and while they were giving me the treatment outside they made a lot of noise, even laughing. They definitely need to improve in the Spa area.

Das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis ist gut. Die Speisen sind sehr gut zubereitet. Die Spa Einrichtungen sind renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Der Hamam im Damenbereich war defekt, ebenso einige Duschen. Das Dampfbad war ein bisschen mufflig. Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht , aber man hat uns schnell ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. Schwimmbad und Thermalpools waren in Ordnung.

Spa bölĂŒmĂŒnde tuz odasının iƟlev dÄ±ĆŸÄ± olması ve havuzların bir miktar kirli ve bulanık görĂŒnmesi pek hoƟ değildi özellikle dÄ±ĆŸarıdaki termal havuzda birikmiƟ halde tortular görĂŒnĂŒyordu onun dÄ±ĆŸÄ±nda sıcaklığından memnun kaldım, otelin içi gayet sıcak ve hoƟ kokuluydu, biz ailecek 2 gecelik konaklamamızdan gayet memnun kaldım. Masajı da çok rahatlatıcı ve profesyoneldi. Sadece Ă¶ÄŸle yemeğinde bazı meƟrubatların ĂŒcretli olmasını mantıksız buldum. İçeride sigara satılan bir bakkalın olması da iyiydi. Odalar oldukça konforlu ve hoƟ dizayn edilmiƟ. Bir de bayanlar havuzunun yemekhane kokması pek hoƟ değildi açıkçası bunu dikkate alıp çözĂŒlebilecek bir durumsa gayet hoƟ olur. Genel itibariyle memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim.
