"The holiday cottage is fabulous, great location and really well equipped. Only one complaint about the actual property being the bed mattress in both bedrooms is soooo uncomfortable. We tested both and in the end used the second duvet as a mattress topper, but still had sore hips and a bad back all week! There is a lot of flights of stars in the cottage, so you need to be pretty mobile to stay here. Our big complaint is that the property is advertised as having parking! Parking should mean...

The staff was very attentive, beginning with precise directions to get there and continuing throughout our stay. The hot tub was great and we had a couple clear nights for star gazing. "Absolutely lovely cottage, clean, cosy and in the perfect location. We have had a great time. Very steep stairs inside the property and a fairly short bed so if you are super tall with mobility problems it might be difficult but for us it was perfect."

"We stayed in Buttercup cottage. We were greeted by our host Rachel and made to feel very welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. The bedrooms were upstairs, a twin room which looked out over the countryside and also had velux windows for star gazing and the double room with velux windows. "Overall the property was nice Although It really needs some attention The toilet seat does slip, there always feels to be holes in the floor boards the bathroom and stairs There’s a weird lip walking into the dining room/kitchen which we nearly tripped over a good few times The fridge was very bipolar where it either didn’t keep things cool or froze them Also the temperature gauge for the heating kept falling off exposing live cables which could have electrocuted if touched as it was...

"Bramwood cottages are beautiful and located in a fantastic central location, close to everything in the town which we loved. We did book the Tack Room cottage, but on arrival we had been moved to the Coach House without any explanation resulting in us trying to access the Tack Room with the entry code we were given when someone else was staying there, which was quite embarrassing. The cottage itself was beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need, but we found comfort to be lacking....
