"The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. It had me worried that it was going to be like that the whole way through, but every interaction with other employees after that point was great. "We stayed over to catch a 5:30 am flight out of the airport. The staff was super friendly, a nice bonus to keep the car at the hotel and shuttle over to the airport and coming back shuttle was there to pick us up. The night auditor was very sweet and drove us right to our car and made sure it started in the winter weather (1am). We would definitely stay here again! "
