"The room is dark in the evening because one light bulb is missing. But the staff said they can only fix it after I left due to weekend. The hotel is full so I can’t change to another room. Not sufficient staff helping at breakfast time, hotel guest need to find a clean cup from other table. The price is good and the room is clean, so that you can accept they are not perfect. "

"Charming little hotel tucked away in the narrow streets of Arles. I was not expecting anyone to speak English in such a small town but they had someone who did. They originally put me in an upper room but with no elevator, I was struggling to climb the stairs. They noticed this and moved me to a ground floor room without me asking. "

"I was ready to leave a bad review. Prior to check in I kept receiving emails telling me parking is limited and if I needed it to make sure I reserved a spot. Each time I'd email the company asking to reserve a spot. Instead of confirming the company would wait several weeks then send the same message again. "We hadn't expected the hotel to be unstaffed. The automatic door entry instructions were fairly clear and there was a contact number on the door if we hadn't got in. But it wasn't welcoming on a cold winter's night. Everything was clean and stylish inside. The room was heated but the temp control seemed limited. Coffee machine was not intuitive and that & kettle were in an unlit cupboard, so we used the torches on our phones."

"Accommodations were a good size for the cost. The arrangement of the toilet outside of the actual room was a little funky but that's okay. Natalie was the only one we had contact with was not well suited for dealing with people. When are traveling companion was injured on a step in the hotel Natalie was more concerned about telling her that she should have let her know that she was not going to dinner at the restaurant that Natalie made a reservation for her. "The property was located in the box shop suburbs of Arles, a distance away from the centre of town. Transport was limited, and the surroundings were dirty and run down. The hotel itself was average and the room was hot. The positive side was that the staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful. "
