"Overall very nice stay, wonderful room and great nights rest, pool could be larger, but nice area 9.3/10. Hotel was very clean and rooms appeared recently updated. Stayed on the second floor and had a view of downtown and could just see the water. Had nice shower, good temperature and pressure. Stayed in king size bed and it was one of the best beds I've slept in, very comfortable with really soft sheets. Floor was not carpet and clean. Had water available and fridge. "Good basic clean hotel with modern feel and good location, 8/10. Overall hotel was centrally located in town, across from the grocery store. The lobby was decorated very cute and modern. They sold several small items here and included a free post card, which was a nice gesture. Staff was very friendly, offering to help; remembering and addressing me by my name. Room was okay size, but bathroom was on the smaller side. Shower could use some updating, along with perhaps the bathroom in general....

"The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked using fitness center, and the pool area was very nice and uncrowded. Free transportation to the airport was a real bonus. The onsite restaurant was convenient but just okay for dinner; there are better options around town."

"The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable."

"Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. "

"I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists"

"The S&C is a small one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and a decent size living room. The staff was incredible, however, the facility is dated. The bathroom needs some serious updating, and it should be noted that you can not flush toilet paper in the toilets.
