"This place is very basic but cheap but is close to Lyon Airport, a petrol station is about 1km away. But the room, shower, toilet and bed linen was spotlessly clean. I had the choice of 5 beds in my room and the one I used was comfortable. My room had a TV with some premium channels, a microwave, fridge and air conditioning that worked. I could keep the window/door closed and it was a pleasant temperature. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was good. The Wifi didn't reach here but was...

"2nd Stay at Lotus Blanc this year. Very easy to stay here and get up to the 3 Valleys Ski resort the next morning missing all the Traffic. Electric Charging for Cars would be a good addition as many of Charging point in Albertville were busy."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Catarina. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Food is available in the evening by arrangement and was absolutely delicious. Use of the shared kichen with a designated space in the fridge was a real bonus as we were walking so needed to take a packed lunch out with us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Le Catarina."

"Nice traditional Chateau undergoing renovation, but the grounds are not quite finished yet. Nice new restaurant opened now. Basic rooms are just that - a bit basic! No wardrobe or drawers in our room this time, although in the past we have been given a very nice large room. Nice views across the Rhone valley, but the grounds are still a bit of a building site!"

"Stay here you won’t regret it.Fabulous hidden gem. What can I say? Just blown away by this hotel. Set in a breathtaking area which is just like being back in Florence. The hosts were just delightful and we loved listening a reading the picture book to how this family owned home was renovated to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and filled with local made goods. "My stay at La Saudade was a very pleasant experience. The hosts are kind and interesting people, you are steps from the very charming town of St. Peray (which has infinitely more going for it than the other ‘wine towns’ in the area). Enjoyed a lovely dinner at La Ruche, and was told that the nearby Auberge is also a fun family destination. La Saudade is the embodiment of a lovely chambre d’hotes - clean, unpretentious, interesting old home, and is also personal and memorable! Recommend!"
