"The staff was magnificent in welcoming us back to At Regis. Once again the buffet breakfast was a very special treat, with lobster omelette, Wagu steak and Foie gras. Freshly squeeze fruit juice on demand and also a wide range of other food on offer. The staff would also take the food to your table so you don’t have to wait around. Last time we visited St Regis, the also offered a complimentary afternoon tea, but on this occasion it was chargeable. However, the management kindly offered us one free day. The room we booked was supposed to be sea facing, but we wasn’t able to see the ocean. Over ground plantation and the distance from the room to the ocean was quite a different away. Again the management gave us a discount on the room. Overall we really enjoyed coming back to the St Regis."

"We loved our stay at Truntum. Good hotel in central area. We've stayed here many times previously when it was Grand Inna Kuta.This time we stayed in cheap budget room, however couldn't fault the service or cleanliness. Staff very friendly & helpful! Special mention of Andi - bell boy at front desk, extremely helpful & friendly!"

"The resort is lovely. We stayed in a suite and there was confusion with checking in. There is a separate area for suites to check in which was not clear with the reservations. Our room was wonderful with a fabulous view. There is a very nice afternoon tea service, and a generous happy hour provided for guest staying in suites. The hotel was convenient to walk to an area with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. "

"Fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Staff were beyond friendly and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. So friendly and helpful. My son especially loved the animals sculpted from towels little extras like the ukulele in our room every morning after it was made up. Great access to dining and entertainment from the hotel as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here."
