"A total waste of money. My room was dirty with bugs crawlling around. Bathroom was grimy and tv and fridge didnt work. Restaurant was not open and pool was also closed and dirty. Stay somewhere else. "

"We were able to check in early which was nice, and the room was good with working aircon, but there were mouse droppings on the window sill. Some of the window panes didn't close properly and there was always a lot of activity just outside, which meant little privacy. No wifi or washing machine. The hosts were a bit un-helpful and they tried to double charge us, though this might have been an accident."

"We checked in very late and it was after midnight. Our check-in was very quick and smooth which we appreciated after a long day. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets smelled nice with fresh laundry detergent. Everything was efficient and exceeded our expectations during our short stay. But the most pleasant surprise was that they serve very good croissants for breakfast. This hotel is much more than just a convenient airport hotel. We will definitely go back!"

"Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time."
