"Everything about the hotel is good. Check-in was smooth. Check-out takes time, bell-boy service was super slow and waited for almost an hour. Compliment to front-desk staff Francis who help trace one of family member who left the bag with passport. Without his persistent looking for help from the manager in-charged we may end-up having to make police report and approach our embassy. Kudos to front-desk staff Francis and Zaton who make our family of 49 most memorably days."

"The apartment was adequately furnished with relatively new appliances. That said, I had two main issues with the property. Firstly, the shower drain in my apartment was blocked and remained so for my entire 10 day stay. This meant taking a shower resulted in the entire bathroom floor being flooded. The managing agent sent staff to fix the problem but they did essentially nothing, claimed the issue was fixed and left. When I advised the managing agent the problem remained they claimed the issue...
