"Very friendly staff, breakfast was great. The gardens were lovely and the whole setting gorgeous. Pool was fantastic and was very well used by our kids. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets and coils put out each evening. Mozzies really werent an issue. Over the road and a.couple of doors down are 2x convience stores with lots of options to eat near by. Batu Belig is a busy street, but you wont have any issues getting transport. At the end of the street is a beach where you could walk to beach...

"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled...

"Their is no restaurant, only for breakfast. The delivered in-service/ house food is very limited to, basically, cafe type & was quite expensive compared with local restaurants. Overall it is good. "

"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

"Beautiful villa to stay in, the room and pool was really really nice! One piece of criticism I do have is that when leaving the room we were often asked by every single employee "Where are you going?" Hearing that once is endearing, twice is a coincidence, three then four times was a little much considering the walk to the street was only maybe 2 minutes long. Every day we were asked and sorry to say it did creep us out. Sorry if people were just trying to be friendly but when it is every...
