"A little rundown property, not so clean, you can see molds in many area of the house. Amenities are okay, had to run around asking for a hair dryer at night. Also with high price we paid, you would expect the “floating breakfast” as shown in photos on the hotel listing here for your “private pool villas” but no, apparently you have to request for it before hand which no-one told us about that. Maybe take the photo down from the listing if that was not what you offered? "

"We stayed in villa 3 in July and oh boy! such an amazing villa - huge in size, extremely comfortable and luxurious. The private pool was of good size. The staff was courteous and helpful but most weren't conversant in English. The hotel only provided breakfast with no other meals served but that is fine, there are a number of good restaurants around and in Seminyak to explore. The hotel is located in the heart of Seminyak and is close to all the happening restaurants and bars. The only drawback...

"Beautiful clean quiet villa"

"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

"Wonderful staff"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Water in bathroom smelt and outdoor kitchen wasn't clean enough to use but didn't intend to cook anyway, luckily. It was a lovely place to stay. Pool was amazing. Room was huge. Bathroom was massive but shower faucets were rusty so I pretty much used the pool as my bath. Wifi connectivity was very good. Quiet but short walk from everything you need. And literally 50 steps to the beach! 💜💜💜💜"
