"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. "A little rundown property, not so clean, you can see molds in many area of the house. Amenities are okay, had to run around asking for a hair dryer at night. Also with high price we paid, you would expect the “floating breakfast” as shown in photos on the hotel listing here for your “private pool villas” but no, apparently you have to request for it before hand which no-one told us about that. Maybe take the photo down from the listing if that was not what you offered? "

"The ground floor rooms are so dark, weak lighting and you can’t open the curtains. Shower wasn’t very hot, food was ok, limited menu and you can’t alter the menu in any way You can’t lie around the pool so would only recommend this place to sleep. It’s on a very busy part of Batu Belig so forget car transport, scooters only. Positives: Room size was large, smart tv, comfortable bed"

The staff was courteous and helpful but most weren't conversant in English. The hotel only provided breakfast with no other meals served but that is fine, there are a number of good restaurants around and in Seminyak to explore.
