The shuttle was very convenient but congested and didn’t have a lot of space for the luggage, it also took more than the planned time to arrive but we were welcomed by a friendly staff. The building is a bit old and we wished the doors in the corridors were automatic cause we brought a lot of stuff. Upon our departure we forgot something at the hotel and they were very kind to send it on the shuttle. BIG THANKS"

"Great staff especially check in. Gave us a nicer room when I mentioned that Expedia did not mention construction view rooms. Easy parking, great location, comfortable rooms and nice spa. Everyone was super helpful. Lots of very good places to eat close by. Recommend Copper for dinner (across from hotel), and Tulum for breakfast (20 minute walk on the beach but worth the effort). Nice shopping street around the corner. "
