A Gem of Hospitality El Sheikh hotel My recent stay at El Sheikh hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless, starting with the incredibly convenient valet parking. It was such a relief to simply hand over our keys and know our car was in good hands. The warm smiles and genuine hospitality we received from the valet staff set the tone for the entire stay. Inside, the lobby was welcoming, and the staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our experience memorable. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, catering to every need. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff throughout the hotel. simply offering a friendly chat, the team at El Sheikh hotel consistently exceeded our expectations. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The ease of the valet parking both upon arrival and departure was a huge plus. This is our fourth stay with El Sheikh Suites. We keep coming back because it is one of the greatest hotel products I have ever experienced. Every detail is superb from the cleanliness of the room to the wonderful breakfast buffet. The price point is excellent! The staff always go above and beyond to provide amazing service. A big shout out to Ali in the dining room for taking care of us during breakfast.

The service was excellent, the staff were flexible and extremely helpful! I arrived before the check in time, but they appreciated that I was tired from traveling and they found a room for me immediately! The same goes for check out, my flight was at 10pm, but they allowed me to stay in my room 2 extra hours! The staff in the lobby and the staff in the breakfast area are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces! After all the staying, the staff, the location, and cleanliness were wonderful and excellent.

Jeg reiser ofte og bor på forskjellige hoteller men stortsett i Norge eller Sverige. I Libanon har jeg denne gangen valgt å reise litt rundt i landet og teste flere hoteller mens jeg utforsker det Libanon har å by på. El Sheikh Suites Hotel er det fjerde hotellet jeg overnatter på etter å ha vært to uker i Libanon, og jeg kan uten tvil si at det var det beste! De andre hotellene i Libanon jeg har vært på har også vært enten fire eller fem stjerners hoteller, men det var alltid noe som manglet. På El Sheikh Suites Hotel var alt bare perfekt fra starten. Jeg må si at jeg var utrolig imponert og overrasket. Fra jeg åpnet døra til hotell rommet så kunne jeg lukte en god og frisk lukt av renhold. Rommet var utrolig fint og 100% reint! Jeg kunne lett koble til HDMI kabel til tven på rommet, (noe som ikke alltid var like enkelt på andre hoteller). Dusjen hadde utrolig bra vann trykk, og på badet kunne jeg finne alt jeg kunne trengt. Jeg føler uansett hva jeg skriver så er det ikke godt nok. Dette må virkelig oppleves. Det er også gratis parkering for alle som overnatter på hotellet med egen garasje som er kamera overvåket. Det siste jeg vil nevne er kundeservicen fra de ansatte. De virkelig bryr seg om kunden her og gir det lille ekstra som man ikke finner andre steder! Alle ansatte var utrolig hyggelige, men spesielt takk til Dani som jobber på den lille restauranten/baren ved resepsjonen. Denne personen er utrolig godhjertet, ydmyk og gir en eksepsjonell kundeservice!

A beautiful stay with lovely staff members. I stayed for one night on the 1st of June. I arrived around 9:30pm and staff members were helpful and great. The next morning the staff in the morning were also very helpful and accommodating. Was treated to a upgraded room which was large and clean and also some fruit juice. Very nice hotel that's clean with incredible service from all team members.

This is my second time staying at a hotel in Beirut, and let me tell you, El Sheikh suites exceeded all expectations. They truly exceeded the mark in every aspect. I would like to give a shout out to Bchara, Faten, Weam, Ahmad, Sally, Ali, Shadi, and anyone else I encountered but did not take their name down. You all provided excellent service and went above and beyond. Your customer service was nothing short of displaying the Lebanese hospitality. Communication with the hotel was super easy and fast. As I did not have a prearranged pickup from the airport, Bchara was helpful in arranging a taxi pick up. The whole process was easy and fast and I felt safe with the taxi pick up. The breakfast was so delicious and included a variety of Lebanese options. There were hot and cold choices. I went for second rounds. The room was one of the cleanest I stayed in (mind you, I’m comparing this to hotels I’ve stayed in in the US and Europe) and housekeeping had no issues cleaning the room daily. The towels were very absorbent and mattress and pillows were just the right firmness. I slept like a baby during my 2 weeks stay. There was constant power and the water pressure was 10 times better than my apartment in the US. Definitely miss my showers at this hotel. The A/C was in working condition and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking without any issues. Location was excellent with restaurants and cafes nearby. Great value and will be staying here on my next Beirut visit.
