"Loved that the peloton bike in the gym was functional. The hotel is modern and nice. I accidentally got an ADA room and the shower needed a cleaning with some residual mold present. Also the shade was functional, but was getting cockeyed and likely to fail soon."

"Nice hotel in nice area . We were on 5th floor and it seemed like the noise outside echoed into the room. We heard cars conversations etc… which carried on throughout the evening. Loved that it had a pool, many hotels in the Downtown area don’t have this. Staff were really nice especially Penar who catered the event I attended. Very professional, kind and outstanding service. "Evidently the fitness center and pool were closed for renovations on the 4th floor. Expedia did not communicate this to guests, which was disappointing. We booked the hotel for these amenities and ended up spending hundreds of dollars extra on entertainment and transportation to keep our family occupied during our planned down time. It was quite frustrating. Other than that, the staff here was helpful and friendly. The rooms and property was clean (except the 3rd floor). Dust was evident...
