Really handy for the Potsdam railway station Nice room with comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast plentiful with good range of produce for an extra €10 per day. Service at the bar variable dependent on who was on.

Good hotel for budget conscious travellers
The hotel is conveniently located two blocks from the main Potsdam train station, and also houses a mall with many stores and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of parks and the city centre, which is perfect for visitors. The staff was very attentive, although their English could be better. The hotel is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and beds, an attractive lobby and a nice breakfast for ten euros, which can’t be beat. My only complaint is that rooms are only cleaned every five days (we stayed for 8 nights), which I thought was too many days. However, guests have access to clean towels, sheets, toilet paper and shampoo in a linen closet located in each floor. All and all, this is very good hotel for the budget conscious traveller.

Gute Lage, ruhiger Schlaf, alles prima!
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Vor allem die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt mit den Museen ist perfekt, und in 20 Minuten ist man auch mit der Bahn schnell in Berlin. Die Baustellen nahe dem Hotel stören nicht, da die Zimmer sehr gut isoliert sind. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, die Dusche und das ganze Bad sind perfekt und sauber. Wir haben uns auf dem Zimmer Frühstück gemacht, es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank sowie Geschirr. Lebensmittel und auch frische Brötchen haben wir uns gegenüber im Bahnhof besorgt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung und ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Prima , neues Hotel..- schwierig war das einchecken , da extra Karte für den Aufzug benötigt wurde, der Nachtportier dies aber nicht wusste..- ear war aber sehr nett..- habe am morgen dann die Karte erhalten..- Die Zimmer sind prima, mit Küchenzeile im Acora Potsdam Living..

Schönes Hotel
Sehr ordentliches Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Ist je nach Lage des Zimmers laut, wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Zimmer sind allerdings klimatisiert, also eher ein Luxusproblem. Das Hotel liegt dafür recht zentral mit Hauptverkehrsstraße und Bahn in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Angenehmes Appartement in perfekter Lage
Wir waren drei Nächte dort und genossen die zentrale Lage nahe dem Hauptbahnhof sowie das angenehme Zimmer mit Blick auf Potsdam. Trotz des starken Verkehrs (Autos und Bahn) war es drinnen bei geschlossenem Fenster total ruhig und wir haben gut geschlafen in einem sehr bequemen Bett. Auch das Bad hat uns gut gefallen. In der Mini-Küche mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine haben wir uns selbst Frühstück gemacht, die Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln und frischen Brötchen im Bahnhof (Supermarkt, Bioladen, mehrere Bäcker) ist perfekt. Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine ist allerdings nicht so toll. Dagegen ist der Service beim Ein- und Auschecken freundlich und relaxed. Fazit: sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder absteigen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage "Bahnhofspassagen" mit der entsprechenden APP (apcoa flow parking) ist mit € 5,-- pro Tag extrem günstig. Die Reinigung des Zimmers nach 1 Woche ist aus hygienischer Sicht nicht hinnehmbar (auch wenn es vorher feststeht, dass das Zimmer nur 1mal wöchentlich gereinigt wird). Das Personal ist freundlich aber "cool". Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank gebucht - allerdings mussten wir 3mal um etwas Geschirrspülmittel und einen Lappen bitten. Für einen Stadtaufenthalt können wir das Hotel aufgrund der günstigen Lage gut empfehlen.

Allerdings kein Housekeeping (bei drei Übernachtungen) und eine unterbesetzte Rezeption (30 Minuten fürs Check-Out...). Frühstücksauswahl wie üblich, leider zum Teil noch gefroren und mit langem Anstehen verbunden.
