"The hotel was clean but is a little run down. The ambiance was not very nice as it felt like a hospital with the design. Overall a good location and a pleasant stay with good service."

"We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists."
