Great family hotel. Right on the beach and the pool area is fantastic. We stayed in an apartment which was well equipped with everything you need. It's quite a walk to town but on a warm summer evening, that is fine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel in very good location
The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own.

In general we were very happy with the time we spent in the IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark. I think for the money, it matched the expectations. We moved in an apartment. The room was clean and we had nearly everything to be able to cook food for the baby. Also they provided us with crib and children chair. The only thing we did not really like was the food. First 4 days it was fine. But afterwards everything was very salty or spicy. Probably they made it like this, so people order more drinks (which are not included in dinner price) during dinner

Value for money accommodation in charming Binz
Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all. But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade.

Das Personal beim CheckIn war leider sehr kurz angebunden und man hat kaum Infos zum Hotel erhalten, wenn man nicht gezielt danach gefragt hat. Der Pool war leider zum Baden (mit Kindern!) viel zu kalt, selbst der Whirlpool war nahezu kalt! Der Ausgang der Wasserrutsche lag gefährlich und es kam immer wieder zu Zwischenfällen, wo Rutscher mit Schwimmern kollidiert sind - sehr gefährlich v.a. für Kinder! Wir waren 4 Nächte da und es wurde nicht 1x das Zimmer gesäubert oder die Handtücher gewechselt. Wollte man einen Bademantel oder extra Handtücher (z.B. für den Pool) musste man sich diese gegen eine Leihgebühr an der Rezi holen - das haben wir von einem anderen Hotelgast erfahren, nicht vom Personal! Beim nächsten Mal in Binz gehen wir lieber in eine FeWo oder in ein anderes Hotel.

Unterkunft im Einraum-Appartement im Oktober 2024, mit kleiner Küchenzeile, welche es mir erlaubte mein Frühstück in gewohnter Weise einzunehmen. Die Ausstattung (Töpfe, Pfanne, Herd) lässt auch die Zubereitung kleinerer Mahlzeiten problemlos zu. Das Zimmer fand ich wie auf den Fotos vor, alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Zentrales Element im Erlebnisbad ist die große Rutsche, auf der Kinder, so sie wollen, schon einmal zwei Stunden mit rutschen verbringen können. Zum Schwimmen ist das Bad eher ungeeignet. Das ist aber auch nicht der Zweck dieser Anlage, welche sich vielmehr an Kinder im Altern von 2 bis 12 Jahren richtet. Für die Eltern stehen ausreichen Liegen zur Verfügung. Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch des Bades vor 16oo, da es danach meiner Erfahrung nach zu Wartezeiten (ca. 10-15min) beim Einlaß kommen kann. In den Ferienzeiten ist die Verweildauer im Bad auf 2h begrenzt, um allen Gästen die Möglichkeit des Besuchs zu geben. Wer möchte, kann jedoch mehrfach am Tag 2h im Bad verbringen. Das Buffet im Familienrestaurant konnte problemlos spontan Abends direkt am Einlass gebucht werden. Wer mit mehreren Personen dort Essen möchte, sollte jedoch vorher über die Rezeption reservieren, um einen passenden Tisch bekommen zu können. Das Buffet war ausgewogen un für jeden war etwas dabei. Von Eierkuchen mit Apfelmuss für die kleinsten, bis Fisch und Fleisch für älteren. Unschlagbar ist allerdings die Lage, je nach Haus keine 100m zum Strand.

Leider konnte ich kein Frühstück im nachhinein aufbuchen..Habe ich nicht verstanden..? Wir mussten dann jedesmal das Frühstück auf unsere Zimmernummer extra aufbuchen.. Ob es dadurch teurer war, kann ich nicht sagen. Wäre aber nicht schön wenn es so wäre..

Fin beliggenhed tæt på Binz men udover det så er der ikke meget positivt at sige. Slidt hotel, hvor mange ting ikke virker og eller er enormt slidt - hele børneafdelingen/spil afdelingen er tæt på ubrugelig. Hotellets normale restaurant er virkelig ringe men tilgengæld meget dyr. Vi kommer ikke igen

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich. Auffällig war das Nicht-Vorhandesein von ausreichend Steckdosen bzw. die ungünstigen Positionen. 1x im Bad und 1x im Zimmer an der Wand neben dem Bad. Für Gäste, die ihre Handys als Wecker benutzen und über Nacht laden, wären Steckdosen in der Nähe der Betten idealerweise direkt daneben wünschenswert.

Das Hotelzimmer war nur Oberflächlich und schlecht geputzt, vieles war wegen des Kalkhaltigen Wassers total verdreckt, wie der Klobürstenhalter und die Wasserkräne, weshalb es nach schlechter Hygiene aussah. Außerdem waren mehrere Dinge kaputt und der Pool ist so winzig, dass man eigentlich nicht runtergehen muss. Weder die Rutsche, die Wasserdüsen noch der Strudel hat funktioniert, im Whirlpool waren alle Lichter unter der Decke kaputt und die Öffnungszeiten sind mit 10-19 Uhr wirklich schrecklich.
