"It's what you'd expect from a Hilton - a very pleasant, clean, comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake. "Nice location, Spa has good range of facilities and was large enough even tho quite busy. Staff were attentive and friendly Room was good size with nice hot shower with everything you needed. Enjoyed the breakfast. Negatives would be our room was a bit tired and could do with updating. Same goes for Spa changing rooms. "
