"Beautiful hotel, with excellent facilities. Maintained to a very high standard, and extremely comfortable. Lovely food in the restaurant for both evening meal and breakfast. Staff polite, courteous and efficient. There are cheaper hotels around, but glad we paid a little extra to stay in this one. Would/will definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel with facilities in room and in the general Communal areas as you would expect for a hotel of this branding. Excellent quality and selection of food options for breakfast. I’m gluten free and options were available but had to ask for these which is pretty standard of most hotels. The only thing that let our stay down was our ‘executive room’ looked out onto a roof and pipes, not great when paid more for a ‘better’ room but in the grand scheme of things wasn’t that big of a deal. One...

"We were a group of friends for the festive party. The Village would have known how many people were booked in, yet only 2 bar staff were allocated to the bar. We had to keep leaving the room to get drinks from the main bar. Why not just put more staff on? The breakfast options were good, BUT when asked where to put some recycled items, we were told to put it in the bin. How is that eco-friendly?"
