"We were looking for a not crazy expensive hotel that’s drivable to the NEC and were very pleasantly surprised. Staff were super friendly and efficient, leafy surroundings are beautiful, the room was roomy and comfortable, and the food top notch. Recommend the buffet breakfast. Only regrets: we couldn’t stay longer and there’s not a huge difference between the deluxe and superior room if you’re thinking of upgrading."

"No staff at reception on arrival, no staff at spa in the morning but very helpful once found. Room was clean and warm. The spa was an added bonus. Good value for money."

"Lovely grounds. Could do with a map of the grounds. Also a loo brush, glasses and decent sized uncracked cups. Dry comfortable. "

"The only downside we had was our room was abit cold throughout our night stay, the radiator seemed to be on a timer for a short while, as it worked for a while then didn’t come back on so it felt rather chilly, our room was on the ground floor."
