"Professional and friendly staff, very quiet area and our sleep was perfect! Supermarket is next door. Walkable diatance to transoprt links- train and bus station to reach other cities aswell as exploring Citta Alta. The only downside was limited amount on international channels and no YouTube on TV."

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Our room looked out onto Lake Como with the Alps as a backdrop. Spectacular. The hotel is a short 10 minute drive down the hills to Bellagio. "We very rarely pay and upcharge for a room with a view since we generally just use our hotel room for sleeping. We are so glad we paid for a view. Our room looked out onto Lake Como with the Alps as a backdrop. Spectacular. The hotel is a short 10 minute drive down the hills to Bellagio. If you don't have a car they have a shuttle van that will take you back and forth. The rooms are very comfy and since we visited in February, the heated tile floors were a welcome amenity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant on site that offers a buffet breakfast and dinner. The breakfast offerings are varied and the dinners we had were exceptional. We were only in the room for two nights but it was so relaxing and peaceful it felt like a week. "

"The hotel was very near to the airport bus so it was very easy to get from the airport. As it is on a direct bus route to the Citta Alta access to there was easy. Staff were helpful; we were able to store our luggage due to a late flight and to borrow umbrellas. We will stay again."
