Terrible experience. We couldn’t even stay in our room and checked out after a hour after being walked in on by staff. No manager present to return my deposit or money. The bed was taken from a pull out sofa and was about 3 inches thick on a flimsy standing frame with metal bars coming out. 2 tiny pillows and it stunk in the room. Staff were higher than a kite and a party was taking place in the parking lot. Do not stay here.

Any time I am charged a deposit on top of my expedia payment. I am concerned. They said i would get my deposit back in 7 to 10 days. The had work done on their driveway. Much of it was blocked off.

This place was filthy. There was wads of hair all over the floor. The rooms smelled awful and had broken fixtures all over. My door didn’t deadbolt. I was able to open the door to the room next to mine with my key as i thought that was the room I was assigned…which was not as people were in that room. We stayed one night and did not get a refund for the two we cancelled due to the conditions of this place.

Dog hair everywhere, liquid stains all over. TV did not work, bathroom door would not close, durst in room that looks like nobody had dusted in weeks. Painters tape still on furniture. Stairs smell wet and moldy. Towels left on the floor of the stairs causing a tripping hazard. Vinal floor is cracked and lifted causing my teen child to trip and fall. I didn’t expect much for the price I paid but this is by far the worst place I’ve stayed at.

When I hoped to check, place was locked up tight. No staff insight! Roku never worked properly, had to keep going to desk to report. Even though I had reserved 2nights desk clerk walked into my room without knocking and was super surprised that I was still there. Key card never worked properly. Terrible stay!!!

There was food in the microwave when we checked in. They had the hallway halfway blocked off (fire code violation). Door would not lock with the deadbolt. Toilet seat was not put on straight.
