Great that the staff will pick up your luggage from the station on arrival and it was in our room when we arrived. Afternoon tea was wonderful and we loved the pantry and record player in our room. "Lovely little guesthouse close enough to the action but quiet and a great neighourhood. No reception, or staff, they texted a code for the outer door and the key was inside. Compact but clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, the Nespresso machine was welcome. No bar or restaurant on site but there is a full kitchen you can use if you want to cook."

Confused as room didn’t match the images on their website. Duty manager informed and he agreed and apologised. For a delux room would have expected more luxuries, the only benefit seemed to be size of room and en-suite. Breakfast options ok, but as for advertising continental options, only saw yoghurt "
